land to an extent of 92 acres ... Panchayat or
not. In other words, it was submitted that since the
gomal land which is a Government property, even if it
is not vested
petitioner society on the
ground that the land is a Gomal land situated at
Mahalbhagyat village, Taluka and District Vijayapur, issue
writ of mandamus directing ... guntas in Sy.No. 744 since the same is notified as
'Gomal land'.
4. Being aggrieved by the said endorsement the
petitioner Housing
boundary as under:
East by: land of Kadugondanahalli Pillappa;
West by: Government Gomal Land
North by: land of Naganahalli Byrappa and Gomal
Land;

Kandugondanahalli Pillappa and others; West by: Gomal land:
North by: land of Naganahalli Byrappa and Gomal land; and

Honnaganahatti village, Tavarekere Hobli,
Bangalore South Taluk which is a Government Gomal
Land was granted to him on 20.4.1960. The Special
Tahsildar on 8.8.2016 initiated ... impugned order ignoring the fact that the property
in question is a gomal/forest land. Therefore, the
impugned order cannot be sustained. It is further
with regard to the cultivation of a Government gomal land.
It is in these background, on 15.04.2019 at about ... accused as well as deceased were having enmity with
regard to the gomal land and accused were grinding axes
against the deceased to eliminate
portion of
the land in Sy.No.63 of Mageri village, a gomal land, and have
constructed impromptu residence for their living. The
petitioners ... land in Sy.No.63 of
Mageri village is not a gomal land but the land is reserved for

the purposes of Government school
stated to
be vast land of gomal and 2 acres each claimed by the
plaintiffs and claimed interference and filed suit
against defendants -Bangalore Water ... grant order dated 19.04.78 were
granted 2 acres each in gomal land of Singapur
Village, Yelahanka Hobli. It is stated that on some
difference
case of the petitioner is that the petition land
is a gomal land and his father was in unauthorised
occupation of the petition land ... whether the petition land is
a private land or it is a gomal land. The second
respondent-Assistant Commissioner has not examined
the specific claim
