IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ... judgment of the Supreme Court in
KERALA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD vs. LIVISHA
(2007) 6 SCC 79 makes it clear that the owner of a

decision of the Supreme Court in K.S.E.B. v. Livisha

5. In K.S.E.B. v. Livisha ... Electricity Board
(2000 (1) KLT 542) and K.S.E.B. v. Livisha ((2007) 6 SCC 792 =
2007(3) KLT 1 (SC)), held
decision of the Supreme Court in K.S.E.B. v. Livisha (2007
(3) KLT 1 (SC)). In Livisha's case, the Supreme Court ... case."
7. In the light of the Supreme Court decision in Livisha's case, I am
of the view that the Original Petitions
value of the properties is not substantially diminished.
9. In KSEB v. Livisha [(2007) 6 SCC 792], the
Supreme Court held that the proper multiplier ... with the question of diminution in the land value in
KSEB v. Livisha, the Supreme Court held thus:-

value of the properties is not substantially diminished.
