11 Keeping in view aforesaid facts & circumstances, this
Court

(MCS) mentioning that DIL engaged MAS for the purpose of acting as
Registrars of intended public issue of 57 lacs equity shares ... advises/refund and to maintain record of
the said public issue. Further, MCS were appointed as Transfer Agents
and they were authorized to handle
impediment to the grant of
succession certificate under the Succession Act in favour of the
petitioner.
3. General public was informed by way of publication ... were conducted as per Section 372 Indian
Succession Act, 1925.
6. Sh. Shilender Kumar Pathak, MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd. was
examined who proved
Indian Evidence Act dated
16.08.2016 and copy of letter from MCS share Transfer Agents
confirming ownership of shares of DCM Shriram Limited ... National Stock
Exchange and Certificate U/s. 65B of Indian Evidence Act. The
deceased Sh. Kishan narain Mehra has also left behind 545 shares
