first respondent / first plaintiff is doing transport business by way
of operating mini bus. The appellant / defendant is also an operator of transport
service ... Transport. During the year 2001, the first
respondent purchased three mini buses from the appellant / defendant vide an
agreement dated 1.3.2001 between the first respondent
operating his bus from
16.06.2025. While so, one Subbulakshmi, the wife of Durairaj was
granted permit to operate her Mini Bus on route from Sukkampatti ... Vadakipatti and Karuppur Village
on which route the petitioner was operating his Mini Bus.
3.The petitioner therefore submitted an objection
route permit for the mini bus of the first
respondent is overlapping the routes of four other mini bus operators. The
third respondent further states ... also the bridge in the said route is not fit for mini bus operation.
For the above said reasons the said permission granted
