Official Gazette stating that MRPL was not carrying
out any business or operation for two immediately
preceding financial years. They had also
present application filed by Mangalore Refinery and
Petrochemicals Limited1 is allowed and MRPL is impleaded as a
respondent to the present special leave petition.
Amended ... partly modify the interim order dated 24.01.2022 with the
direction that the MRPL will be handed over possession of the
balance 138.21 acres of land
