Ram’s case (supra) had already reproduced the first line of the

the supreme court observed that harassment to constitute
cruelty
contraband by the co-accused Nitin from person namely Nikku Ram
and as such, he has been rightly booked under Section ... accused to buy contraband from the person namely Nikku Ram at
Matiana. Though case at hand is to be decided by the court below
prepared a sketch of
Chhinder with the help of the complainant and Ram Kumar,
Clerk of the brick-kiln from computer branch of Superintendent ... Baba were arrested. The said accused were then
got identified from Nikku Ram and Sohan Lal. During
interrogation, disclosure statements of accused Chhinder and
Rani
basis of which the present case was registered.
PW.2 Kali Ram, Constable, got the post mortem conducted
from the doctors.
PW.3 Maid Singh ... information regarding death of
Radha Devi from Nikku Ram. He had also prepared an inquest report
Ex.PC and submitted an application
