illness of the Appellant's son who has suffered paralysis due to some
injuries. The medical prescriptions of the Appellant
circumstances as at that point of time,
her father was suffering from paralysis and therefore not in a position to
propound a will

he suffers from paralysis. He is also one of the petitioners
financial

4. It is submitted that
inventory, and customer washrooms, and
additionally disrupted electricity supply, resulting in operational
paralysis and financial loss to the Petitioner due to spoilage of
inventory. This
been contended that the
applicant's brother is suffering from paralysis, the same has been found false
upon verification and that the applicant
power and possession of the Respondent.
Moreover, Appellant, who was suffering from paralysis for several years,
was persuading the witness to the Will, to depose
account of appellant being 66 years old and suffering from
paralysis which restricts mobility, speech, and day-to-day functioning,
which persisted since January
attached the entire accounts of the
petitioner, resulting in the complete paralysis of the petitioner's business.
It is specifically submitted that the petitioner
