Court to the APSC for re-evaluation of answer scripts of Preliminary Examination ... permit re-evaluation or scrutiny of an answer sheet (as
distinct from prohibiting it) then the Court may permit re-evaluation or scrutiny only
pursuant to the
order dated 18.04.2018, noted above, respondent University re-evaluated the answer scripts
of the petitioner's B.Ed. Examination ... course) held in

obtained 31 marks in her first paper

finding their roll number amongst those uploaded/notified, after obtaining
their answer scripts of General Studies and Optional Subjects of said C.C.E. (Preliminary ... answers to some of the questions, which APSC has admitted as evident from its Press Release
dated 02.05.2019, petitioners answer scripts have been wrongly evaluated
marks, he approached the
authority for re-evaluation of his answer sheets of the said examination. Thereafter, the authorities
concerned issued a fresh mark-sheet ... only 1 mark, total 58 (57+1) in his
Part-II answer scripts (Pedagogy & General English.). According to the petitioner, in his answer
sheets
Registrar, Gauhati University apprising the Court that only the answer scripts shall be re-
evaluated for maximum of three papers restricting to the theory papers ... only specifying that no
application will be accepted for re-evaluation in practical, dissertation or project papers.
In that regard, the respondent Gauhati University shall
SEBA.
From the answer scripts obtained by the petitioner through RTI, it is pointed out before
the Court that the answers of Question ... Science (Samaj Bigyan).
Considering the above, the respondent SEBA is directed to re-evaluate the answers to
the Question
