8.2 The relevant part of the said judgment

19. Of course
order
dated 27.3.2009 of this Hon'ble Court read with
Section 17B of the I.D.Act, 1947, applicant is
entitled to receive such ... direction obliging the
petitioner-employer to comply the condition under
Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947,
and to pay last drawn wages
made in discharge of the obligation and in
accordance with Section 17B of the Industrial
Disputes Act, 1947.
9. Subsequently, vide decision dated 13.2.2006,
Page ... respondent however was paid Rs.1,02,416/ total under
Section 17B which is required to be deducted and after
deduction the respondent
Court i.e. to comply
the requirement/ condition under Section 17B of
the Industrial Disputes Act, is fulfilled.

with Section 17B of the Act, the petitioner has
not taken steps to comply
