Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Stenographer Grade-I and Executive Assistant-cum-Personal
Assistant cannot be considered ... Munsarim,
Bharatpur Judgeship till further orders only if
they intend to consider Stenographer Grade-I
and Executive Assistant cum Personal Assistant
for promotion."
Issue
road accident, he was deprived from appearing in the second
phase of Stenographer examination scheduled for 30.10.2021.
She submits that now, the respondents are going ... conduct
second phase of Stenographer examination albeit for other
reasons but, the petitioner may also be permitted to participate in
the examination. She submits that
first phase of examination for recruitment for the post of
Stenographer in pursuance of advertisement dated 04.07.2018
but, could not appear in the second phase ... fundamental or legal right to appear in the
second phase of Stenographer examination-2018 which, even
otherwise also, has already been held. He could
made to permit the petitioners to participate in
the second phase of Stenographer Grade-II Examination,
scheduled to commence from 11.01.2022 consequent to
publication ... medium
of shorthand and have permitted them to undertake second phase
of Stenographer Grade-II Examination conducted in the month of
October, 2021. He, therefore
participate in Phase-II of the recruitment process for
the post of Stenographer Grade-II examination in pursuance of
advertisement dated 04.07.2018 issued ... permitted to participate in
the Phase-II of the Stenographer Grade-II examination which is
likely to be conducted soon.
Learned counsel appearing

Jaipur of the candidates eligible to undertake Stenographer Grade-
II, Phase-II examination in pursuance of advertisement dated
appropriate
arrangement to undertake Skill Test for recruitment to the post of
Stenographer in pursuance of advertisement dated 04.07.2018
issued by the respondent- Rajasthan Staff ... hearing impairment
to undertake Skill Test for recruitment on the post of
Stenographer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner feels contented with the
assurance.
In view
undertaking skill test in Phase-II
examination for the post of Stenographer in pursuance of
advertisement dated 04.07.2018 as he is suffering from hearing
impairment
Munsarim, Bharatpur Judgeship, till further orders, only if they
intend to consider Stenographer Grade I and Executive Assistant-
cum-Personal Assistant for promotion.
