6. The petitioner society has submitted that it was surprised and shocked to receive this letter dated ... have not been received and requested to arrange for stop payment of these demand drafts. In this letter to the bank, a request was also
agreed, the respondent
has kept ready the demand draft of Rs.10 lakhs dated
04.02.2019 for payment to the appellant.
Record shows that even ... appellant, however, as
the demand draft is prepared, payment of all the cheques
