ground that he had drawn study scholarship of Rs.28000/-
from Project Officer, ITDA being a Government employee
and also continuing
while that mark-sheet was
used by him to obtain the scholarship for studies in Poland. The facts argued
by the applicant are that
Backward Caste. He has also obtained Backward
Community Welfare Scholarship for his studies.

the petitioner during his studies, he got his scholarship as backward class
whereas joined durty as Konda Reddy (Scheduled Tribes

are entitled for grant of post metric scholarship for studying course -Diploma in

Vidhya Deevana Scheme had proceeded abroad to pursue
school uniform by the
