94. Act to which a person is compelled by threats.
- Except murder, and offence against the State punishable with death, nothing ... done by a person who is compelled to do it by threats, which, at the time of doing it, reasonably cause the apprehension that instant
subject to his approval, the Executive Engineer concerned shall, on apprehending a threat to the life and property of the public due to floods ... apprehending such threats, cause public embankments constructed to avert such threats and if the situation so warrants also (a) take charge of any embankment, including
