scrutinize the nomination form ... with the election and/or election programme does
not deserve to be and cannot be entertained
and/or the process of election which has
commenced
Board of Directors as per guideline of the
Cooperative Election Commission and they have
declared Board of Directors of society for the
next 5 years ... conducting the election in a free and
fair manner.
The uncontested election of the Board of
Directors of the aforesaid Co-operative society
clearly goes
required to file election petition challenging the

election as uncontested.
