furtherance to that & on the
basis of forged & fabricated documents and by abusing official position as
public servant, get sanctioned and disbursed bank ... loan proposal of M/s. Neelam spices on the basis of unsigned
documents of borrowers / guarantors and documents not verified with
original by the branch
CPIO had uploaded two documents on the
RTI portal. Both of the documents were unsigned and did not answer the
points raised ... issue raised by the appellant that the documents which
were uploaded on the portal were unsigned, it is noted that when a reply is
given
through audio-call.
4. The representative of appellant submitted that the relevant documents of
the instant matter has been misplaced, therefore he is not aware ... which RBI has been empowered to certify the
photocopies of unsigned, unnamed documents and other queries related thereto.
That the respondent has informed the Commission
that he had received the documents sent by the
respondent on 08.04.2019. However, the same were unattested and unsigned. Therefore, the
appellant requested the Commission

27.07.2021 the duly signed document has been furnished to the Appellant.
Upon careful perusal of the said document, the Commission observed that
only ... initial reply dated 09.07.2021 is still left unsigned. The Respondent
submitted that the requisite document with proper signatures will be sent to
the Appellant
Engineering department was delayed by approximately one month and the documents
received were unsigned. He alleged that the Respondent also did not disclose the name
Rajgarh,
Ramban,, when the RTI application was filed;
ii). No document indicating compliance of the FAA's order dated ... undated and unsigned submission that a copy
of reply sent to the Appellant is annexed with the submission, but no such
document is found
supporting documents as to whether he was the authorized signatory in the
account or not. Moreover, the RTI application being unsigned, the signatures could
given to the appellant. Therefore, the appellant sought copies of the insurance
documents by which his shop as well as the stocks available ... shop were insured by the
bank. He stated the respondent had provided unsigned proforma of insurance copies.
Therefore, they had not completely complied with
order of the
FAA. Further, he stated that they had given unsigned work order to him and a
completion certificate had also not been provided ... submissions made by both the parties and
after perusal of the documents available on record, the Commission observes that the
instant matter is a Complaint
