zone maintains the seniority list of Inspectors allotted to that zone. There is no
common seniority list of the Inspectors working in different zones ... seniority of Inspectors in one zone vis-d-vis Inspectors in any
other zone.
(v) After allocation of the zone, the zone of an Inspector
first arose. This, as already mentioned above, was the
time when zone allocation was done to the applicants
in the year 2005. We are, therefore ... respondents the facts are slightly different.
In that case while allocating the zones the consent of the
applicants was sought, however, in the present case
dated
05.03.2021 and subsequently dated 09.03.2021. He said that funds are allocated zone wise and
they have made time to time payments accordingly.

Keeping
sent by the
Engineer-in-Chief to the Chief Engineer (South Zone) indicating
allocation of funds to satisfy part of decree and he seeks further
petitioner was allotted to Zone-I
(Kaleshwaram Zone), whereas posting was given in Warangal
District which comes under Zone-IV i.e., Office of Regional ... Presidential Order, 2018, the petitioner was allocated to Zone-I
(Kaleshwaram Zone), in the newly allocated Local Cadres.
However, at the time of issuing
considering the case of the petitioner for allocation
to the proper District/Zone as per the seniority as fixed by the

respective cadres and effect the transfers in allocating the

allotting her beyond
Zone-II Basar in spite of her original allocation to Zone-II Basar by the

Zone-II Basara based on her seniority as per the allocation order issued

requested the 2nd respondent herein to re-allocate the Zones
duly following the guidelines of G.O.Ms.No.317, but the
respondents
