(9)Two plans are required-(a)A block plan, scale 41¼ to the inch, or, if this is too large 82½ to the inch, showing the relative position of all buildings, wells etc., included in the project as well as all existing buildings, wells, etc., in the same compound.(b)An index plan, scale 16 or 32 inches to the miles, showing the site and its surroundings on north, south, east and west.
