(1)On receipt of a notice either under Sub-rule (2) or (3) of Rule 10, the Executive Committee of the Farmer's Organisation shall convene a General Body meeting within 20 days by giving 7 days prior notice of the date, time and place of the meeting and also the agenda.(2)Notice for the General Body meeting shall be sent at least 7 days in advance of the date of the meeting along with the agenda. Notice may be sent by hand/post/publication/beat of drum and display on the notice board of the organisation.
