- Every proceeding of the General Body shall be recorded in the minutes book maintained for the purpose and authenticated by the President or the person who has presided over the meeting, as the case may be. - In the functioning of the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Organisation, the competent authority appointed under Sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Act, shall :35. Inspection.
- Any officer of the Department of Water Resources above the rank of Assistant Engineer under whose jurisdiction the Farmers' Organisation is situated, can inspect the records of the Farmers' Organisation and can submit a report of his visit to his next higher authority with a copy to the Farmers' Organisation so inspected.36.
