5. Change in storage capacity [Sections 5 and 22].
(1)In case any change in the storage capacity of a storage tank is proposed, the occupier shall submit to the Controller, a blue print showing the exact location, the serial number, the dimensions, the eye (steel masonry) and capacity at every 5 cm. of depth of each storage tank and also showing the pipes and drainage lines connected with such tank.(2)In case any additional storage tank not shown in the blue print submitted under sub-rule (1), is subsequently provide by the occupier of a sugar factory, a similar blue print thereof shall be submitted to the Controller within one month of its construction.
