(1)Primary Schools. - (a) Primary schools will either be (i) of U. P. standard with five classes or (ii) of L. P. standard with three classes.(b)The authorised establishment of a five-class U. P. School will be five teachers of whom four should be trained. The authorised establishment for a three-class L. P. School will be three teachers of whom at least two should be trained.(c)The maximum qualification of any teacher in a primary school will not be more than a trained matriculate.
