(1)The General Body of a Farmers Organisation shall consist of the members(a)in respect of a Pani Panchayat as specified under Sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Act; and(b)in respect of Distributary Committee as specified under Sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Act; and(c)in respect of a Project Committee as specified under Sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the Act.
