81. Amendment of Section 105.
- In Section 105 of the said Code - (a) in Hindi version, in sub-section (1), -(i)for the words ^^fuEufyf[kr ifj.kkeksa ls ;g lqfuf'pr fd;k tk;sxk the words ^^fuEufyf[kr ifj.kke gksaxs shall be substituted;(ii)for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely - ^^d ,sls varj.k dh fo'k;oLrq lHkh Hkkjksa ls eqDr gksdj jkT; ljdkj esa fufgr gks tk;sxh]**.(iii)in clause (b), for the words and punctuation marks ^^dqavk vkSj vU; lq/kkjksa dks] lHkh Hkkj ls eqDr] jkT; ljdkj esa fufgr lekk tk,xk the words and punctuation marks ^^dqa;s vkSj vU; lq/kkj lHkh Hkkjksa ls eqDr gksdj] jkT; ljdkj esa fufgr gks tk;saxs shall be substituted;(iv)in clause (d), for the words ^^varfjrh ds fgr ds fuokZiu the words ^^varjd ds fgr dh lekfIr shall be substituted.(b)in sub-section (1), at the end of clause (d), for the punctuation mark ";" the punctuation mark "." shall be substituted;(c)in Hindi version, in sub-section (2), for the words and punctuation marks ^^,slh Hkwfe vkSj lEifRr dk dCtk ysuk fof/klEer gksxk vkSj og fdlh ,sls O;fDr dks] ftldk ml ij v/;klu gks] csn[ky gksus okyh ,slh Hkwfe ;k lEifRr ds dCts dk funs'k ns ldrk gS the words and punctuation marks ^^dysDVj ds fy;s ,slh Hkwfe ;k lEifRr dk dCtk ysuk vkSj ,sls O;fDr dks ftldk ,slh Hkwfe ;k lEifRr ij v/;klu gks] dks mlls csn[ky djus dk funs'k nsuk fof/klEer gksxk shall be substituted.
