Section 11(2)(iv) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(iv)the available Seats shall be distributed on pro-rata basis taking into considerations the number of students passed from the boards mentioned in (i), (ii) and (iii) above, in the current academic year.
