Section 3(1) in The Assam Finance Service Rules, 1963
(1)Class I:(a)Grade I - shall include the posts of the Director of Accounts, Assam, the Examiner of Local Accounts,Assam and such other posts as may be included from time to time by the Governor;(b)Grade II - shall include the posts of Financial Advisers to Government and such other posts as may be included from time to time by the Governor.The member of this class shall belong to Class I Government Service.
