Section 17(3) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (General) Rules, 2011
(3)Depot Signals -(i)In depots, fixed signals may be both color light and position light type and the main line type fixed signals shall comply with the manner as specified in sub-rule(2); and(ii)in position light type signaling two white lights displayed horizontally shall mean that a train should stop;(iii)two white lights displayed at an angle shall mean that a train may proceed in restricted manual mode as far as the line is clear and the train operator must keep a lookout for an obstruction;(iv)the Depots shall be isolated from the running line through an approved means.
