Section 36 in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
36. Objects to which Vishwavidyalaya a fund may be applied.
- The Vishwavidyalaya Fund shall be utilized for the following objects :(i)repayment of debts incurred by the Vishwavidyalaya for the purpose of this Adhiniyam and the Statutes, and the Regulations made thereunder;(ii)expenses of any suit or proceedings to which the Vishwavidyalaya is a party;(iii)payment of the salaries and allowances of the officers and employees of the Vishwavidyalaya, members of the teaching staff and establishment employed in the colleges and the departments of Vishwavidyalaya for and in furtherance of the purposes of this Adhiniyam and the Statutes and Regulations made thereunder and to the payment of pension or any Provident Fund contribution to any such officers and employees, members of the teaching staff or the members of such establishments;(iv)Payment of the travelling and other allowances of the members of the Executive Council and the Academic Council and any other authorities of the Vishwavidyalaya or the members of any Committee appointed by any of the authorities of the Vishwavidyalaya in pursuance of any provisions of the Adhiniyam and the Statutes, and the regulations made thereunder;(v)Payment of fellowships, scholarships, studentships and other awards to students;(vi)upkeep of colleges, departments, residences and hostels;(vii)payment of the cost of audit of the Vishwavidyalaya Fund;(viii)payment of any expense incurred by the Vishwavidyalaya in carrying out the provisions of this Adhiniyam, Statutes and the Regulations made thereunder; and(ix)payment of any other expense, not specified in any of the preceding clauses declared by the Executive Council to be the expense for the purpose of the Vishwavidyalaya.
