7. Meetings of the Board.
(1)The Board shall meet once in three months and at such other time as may in the opinion of the President be necessary for transacting business, which cannot be disposed of by circulation of papers. At least seven days' notice in advance of all meetings shall be sent to each member.(2)Each non-Government member of the Board is entitled to an honorarium, in terms of G.O. No. 94-PO/O/IV/1E-64/2012 dated 14.02.2014, as mentioned in Annexure-VI.
