Section 24 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
24. Powers and functions of Directors.
(1)The Director in-charge of operations in the State of Nagaland shall be a member of all councils of the University.(2)The Pro Chancellor may appoint the Director-in-charge of operations in the State of Nagaland to any other Committee, Board or authority of the University.(3)The Pro Chancellor may co-opt any other Director of the University in any Council, Committee, Board or authority of the University.(4)The Directors shall be solely responsible fort the operations of the University at the respective field levels.(5)Their other powers and functions shall be as per regulations.
