Section 16(6) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(6)Final Year students, who have to appear in Back Papers only-(i)shall also be subject to the limit of number of change as given in Regulation 22; and(ii)also have to appear in the subjects as per the existing scheme so as per Regulation 25, in case there is a chance in the syllabus; or(iii)have to appear in the subject, equivalent thereof, and decided by the Board.
