Section 111(1) in The Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
(1)For the purpose of effecting recovery of amount due and recoverable under the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, as arrears of land revenue -(i)the Registrar appointed under section 3 shall have and exercise all powers and perform all the duties of the Collector under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954; (Delhi Act 8 of 1954) read with the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Delhi Act 12 of 1954);(ii)the Joint Registrars appointed to assist the Registrar under section 3 of this Act shall have and exercise all powers and perform all the duties of the Additional Collector;(iii)the Deputy Registrars, Assistant Registrars and the Recovery Officer appointed under section 3 of this Act shall have and exercise all powers and perform all the duties of the Assistant Collector Grade I; and(iv)Inspectors Grade II assigned the duties of recovery shall have and exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of Assistant Collector Grade II.
