Section 2012(7) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2011
7.1Applicability.-7.1.1- The regulations contained in this Chapter shall apply under section 86(1)(b) only for electricity purchase and procurement by a distribution licensee from a generating company or licensee or electricity trader or from any other source through agreement or arrangement for purchase of power for distribution and supply within the State.
