45. The School Studies.
(1)The University is fully empowered to have Schools of Studies in all subjects and is empowered to offer all courses at all levels including School of Humanities and Social Sciences; School of Sciences; School of Education; School of Continuing Education; School of Engineering and Technology; School of Commerce and Management Studies; School of Health Sciences; School of Computer and Information Sciences and such; other Schools as may be set-up by the Statutes.(2)Each such, School of Studies shall be chaired by a Dean and each department under the School of Studies shall have a Head of the Department.(3)Every School of Studies shall have a Board of Studies. The constitution of Board of Studies shall be in accordance with such conditions as may be laid down by its Statutes, Ordinances, Rules or Regulations.
