Section 27(2) in The Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004
(2)Each Board shall consist of-(i)Professors of University Teaching Departments and Schools of Studies in subjects for which the Board is constituted;(ii)one Reader from the University Teaching Departments and Schools Studies teaching the said subjects, to be nominated by Kulpati, by rotation according to seniority;(iii)one Professor from the University Teaching Department, teaching the said subjects, to be nominated by Kulpati by rotation according to seniority;(iv)Heads of Department of the subjects;(v)one student to be nominated by Kulpati possessing the qualifications laid down in Statute for one year;(vi)two members to be co-opted by the Board, one of whom shall be an expert from outside the University.
