Section 76(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(1)The Selection Committee constituted in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 58 of the Act for selection to the posts other than those to be selected by Selection Committee constituted under Statute 75 shall consist of the following members, viz. : -(i)Director or Dean nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ex-officio Chairman.(ii)One Associate Dean to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.(iii)Two Heads of the Departments to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor, one of whom shall be from the other Agricultural Universities in the State.(iv)Two Professors other than Head of the Department to be nominated by the Chairman, one of whom shall be from the other Agricultural Universities in the State.
