Section 6 in Homoeopathy (Post Graduate Degree Course) M.D. (Hom.) Regulations, 1989

6.

[(1) The examination shall be conducted in two parts, namely: -(a)M.D. (Hom.) Part I, which to be held six months after completion of house job of one year's duration.(b)M.D. (Hom.) Part II, which to be held after one year and six months after Part I examination.]
(2)[ Every candidate seeking admission to Part I of the examination shall submit application to the University with the following documents, namely: -
(a)a certificate from the Principal or Head of the [institution or college (where course is imparted ) about] the completion of the course of studies in the subjects in which the candidate seeks admission to the examination; and
(b)a certificate of having completed one year house job in a Homoeopathic hospital.[as an essential part of the course] [Inserted by Notification F.No.12-11/2010-CCH(Part), dated 29.1.2016 (w.e.f. 16.11.1989).]]
(c)[ a certificate from the Guide (Supervisor) of submission of Synopsis within the time prescribed in these regulations; [Inserted by Notification F.No.12-11/2010-CCH(Part), dated 29.1.2016 (w.e.f. 16.11.1989).]
(d)there shall be minimum of 80% attendance to become eligible for appearing in M.D. (Hom) Part - I examinations.]
(3)Every candidate seeking admission to the Part II of the examinations shall submit a dissertation [***] [Omitted 'of not less than 10000 words' by Notification F.No.12-11/2010-CCH(Part), dated 29.1.2016 (w.e.f. 16.11.1989).]. The dissertation shall form the basis of viva-voce examination.
