Section 46(3)(iv) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009

(iv)For other values of moisture content, multiplying factor shall be pro-rated for moisture content between 30-40 and 40-50 depending upon the rated values of multiplying factor for the respective range given under subclauses (i) to (iii) above.
