Section 6(1) in Andhra Pradesh Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions of Engineering/Pharmacy Diploma holders into Under Graduate Professional courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(1)The Committee for ECET(FDH) Admissions shall be constituted by the Competent Authority with the following members to advise the Convenor of ECET(FDH) Admissions, in the matters relating to admissions and on such other matters necessary for the smooth conduct of admissions.(A)Chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education ..............(Chairman)(B)Secretary of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.(C)Convenor of ECET(FDH) Admissions (Member Convenor) (D) Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.(E)Professor in-charge of Computer/ online systems in admission camp.(F)Two representatives of the Universities as nominated by the State Council.(G Three representatives of the Private Unaided Professional Institutions offering Engineering (including Technology) and Pharmacy courses as nominated by the State Council.(H)Commissioner/Director of Technical Education or his nominee.(I)One special invitee nominated by the State Council.
