Section 28(2) in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Act, 1949
(2)Each Board shall consist of-(i)Heads of the University Departments in the subjects for which the Board is constituted;(ii)Heads of departments in the said subjects in [* * *] [The words 'the University or' were deleted, by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 22 (a) (i).] affiliated colleges and recognised institutions;(iii)such class of teachers of the University in the said subjects, in such numbers, and elected in such manner, as may be prescribed by the Statutes;(iv)[ such experts in the subjects concerned as may be appointed by the Syndicate in accordance with the Statutes.] [This clause was added, by Bombay 52 of 1950, Section 22 (a) (ii).]
