In the Third Schedule to the said Act, in the Table,-(a)under the sub-heading "Graduate Constituencies",-(i)against serial number 1 relating to Bareilly-Moradabad Division Graduates, in column 2, for the word "Badaun", the word "Budaun" shall be substituted;(ii)against serial number 4 relating to Varanasi Division Graduates, in column 2, for the word "Gazipur", the word" Ghazipur" shall be substituted;(iii)against serial number 8 relating to Meerut Division Graduates, in column 2, for the word "Bagpat", the word "Baghpat" shall be substituted;(b)under the sub-heading "Teachers' Constituencies",-(i)against serial number 1 relating to Bareilly-Moradabad Division Teachers, in column 2, for the word "Badaun", the word "Budaun" shall be substituted;(ii)against serial number 4 relating to Varanasi Division Teachers, in column 2, for the word "Gazipur", the word "Ghazipur" shall be substituted;(iii)against serial number 8 relating to Meerut Division Teachers, in column 2, for the word "Baghpat", the word "Baghpat" shall be substituted;(c)under the sub-heading "Local Authorities" Constituencies" ,-(i)against serial number 3 relating to Badaun Local Authorities, in columns 1 and 2, for the word "Badaun", the word "Budaun" shall respectively be substituted, and(ii)against serial number 14 relating to Gonda Local Authorities, in column 2, for the words "Gonda district", the words "Gonda and Balrampur districts" shall be substituted.
