Section 27 in Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013

27. Notice regarding Issuance, Verification or Cancellation of Certificate.

(1)Competent Authority, Verification Committee and Scrutiny Committee, as the case may be, shall display the information regarding issuance, verification or cancellation of Certificate every month, before the Fifth day of the month on the office Notice Board and shall also send the information to local autonomous institutions and bodies, municipal corporation, municipality, village panchayat etc. for their records and shall also send the information through District Information Centres, in order to display it on ascertained website.
(2)Competent Authority shall also send the information regarding issue of certificate and cancellation of applications, every year by 31st December to the State Government, in prescribed FORM-7 A.
(3)Verification Committee shall send the information regarding verification of certificates, cancellation of application, cases forwarded to Scrutiny Committee every year by 31st December to the State Government, in prescribed FORM-7B.
(4)Scrutiny Committee shall send the information regarding inquiry on the complaints referred by the State Government and Verification Committees and cancellation of Certificate, every year by 31st December to the State Government in prescribed FORM-7C.Form-1A[See Rule 3(1)]Application For Social Status CertificateTo,Competent Authority,Sub-Division.............District...........................Sir,I beg to state that in order to avail facilities given to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes, I/my son/daughter requires Certificate of Social Status.
