28. Records to be maintained by the Programme Officer.
(1)Every Programme Officer shall maintain a record of applications for employment received by him and all such applications shall be forwarded to the concerned Gram Panchayat.(2)Duplicate copies of the job card register from every Gram Panchayat will be maintained in computerized form at the office of the Programme Officer.(3)The Programme Officer shall maintain a register in Form B-4 to keep track of the muster rolls issued to the various Implementing Agencies.(4)Gram Panchayats and other Implementing Agencies shall forward the information recorded in their asset registers maintained in Form B-10 to the Programme Officer on the same proforma and the Programme Officer shall compile the data in computerized form and supply a copy to the District Programme Coordinator.
