44. Amendment of Section 56.
- In Section 56 of the said Code, in Hindi version, -(a)in sub-section (1), for the words ^^,sls O;fDr ls lEcfU/kr lek tk,xk the words ^^,sls O;fDr dk lekk tk,xk shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (2), for the words ^^,sls O;fDr;ksa ls la;qDr :i ls lEcfU/kr lek tk,xk tks ,slh lhek ds izR;sd vkSj tksrksa dks /kkj.k djrs gks the words ^^,sls O;fDr;ksa dk la;qDr :i ls lek tk,xk tks ,lsh lhek ds fdlh vkSj tksrksa dks /kkj.k djrs gks shall be substituted;(c)in sub-section (4), for the words and punctuation marks ^^o`{kksa kM+ taxy] taxy ;k vU; izkd`frd mRikn tgka dgha mxs gks ;k vkjksfir gksa the words and punctuation marks ^^o`{kksa kM+] taxy] taxy ;k vU; izkd`frd mRikn tgka dgha mxs gks ;k vjksfir gksa shall be substituted.
