186. Purchase and use of vehicles and telephones.
(1)In case where there is need for the purchase of a new motor vehicle to carry on its business, the Board of sugar mill may purchase such vehicle with the prior approval of the Registrar. The fleet strength along with the staffing pattern for manning them shall be got approved by the Registrar.(2)The Board shall determine the number of telephone installations, telex facilities, wireless equipments and such other facilities as may be necessary with the approval of the Registrar.
