Section 19(1) in The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service Rules and Regulations, 1993
(1)Subject to the provisions of these rule such notice shall among other things Slate:-(i)number of posts to be filled in the various service indicating separately the number of posts reserved for candidates of the Schedule Castes and the Schedule Tribes.(ii)date of submission of applications for admission;(iii)qualifications required for admission and the steps to be taken by candidates to establish their eligibility; and
