Section 26(2) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(2)The applicant shall fill and sign the Form in the presence of a Gazetted Officer who shall attest the applicant's signature. The application so signed shall be forwarded to the Member- Secretary at least thirty days before the date fixed for the examination and shall be accompanied by :-(a)a copy of the degree or diploma, as the case may be, attested by the Principal of the concerned Institution or a Gazetted Officer alongwith the application for registration;(b)original and one copy each of all the testimonials in respect of practical experience of the candidate;(c)testimonials of good character from the employer;(d)an attested copy of the certificate of age;(e)demand draft in support of payment of the fee specified in rule 24 for the examination;(f)any certificate granted to the applicant under these rules or a certificate granted by a Board of Examiners for another State Government or a Training Institute, as the case may be, for the purposes of endorsement referred to in rule 23; and(g)two copies of recent bust photograph (size 50 mm x 63 mm) one of which shall bear the signature duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
