(1)inspect as frequently as may be required by the State Aquaculture Seed Committee of places used for producing, rearing, selling of seed of notified kind or variety;(2)investigate any complaint, which may be made to him in writing in respect of any violations to the provisions of the Act and the rules and submit the report of his findings to the District Aquaculture Seed Committee.(3)maintain a record of all inspections made and action taken by him in the performance of his duties including the taking of samples.Chapter-IX Sealing, Fastening dispatch and Analysis of Samples
