Section 5(4)(iii) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(iii)who are transferred from other States to Gujarat and have resumed their duty in the place where they are transferred in Gujarat and shall remain so transferred in the State of Gujarat at the time of registration for admission.
