State of Uttar Pradesh - Subsection

Section 23(2)(c) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992

(c)A successful candidate of the Final Diploma or Certificate/ Special Back Paper Examination shall be awarded division on the basis of his aggregate obtained at the preceding Annual Examination.
