Section 134B(1) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)In this Chapter unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Co-operative Credit Structure Entity" includes the West Bengal State Co-operative Bank, a District Central Co-operative Bank, a Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society, the West Bengal State Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, a Primary Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank;(b)"National Bank" means the National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development established under section 3 of the National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development Act, 1981 (61 of 1981);(c)"Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society" includes a Farmers' Service Co-operative Society, a Large-sized Multipurpose Co-operative Society and any other Co-operative Society primarily dealing with agricultural credit identified under revival package.
